The Board is comprised of several officers / directors, elected by the members of the Association at the annual meeting.  The duties, practices, procedures, responsibilities and governing authority over the Palm Lake Gardens Owners' Association is described in the Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Rules and Regulations, and Policies and Procedures.

Assistant Officers

Assistant Officers, defined in our Bylaws under Article IV, are appointed by the Board of Directors.  These Assistant Officers have the authority to perform the duties prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors, however are not members of the Board of Directors and do not vote at board meetings.  Their advice and help is very much appreciated by
