PALM LAKE GARDENS COMMITTEES

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC)

Headed by Steve DiPalma, this committee regulates the exterior appearance of our homes.  Members are board appointed.

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE

This committee maintains and beautifies the common areas.  The committee is headed by Eric Austin.  Membership is open to all residents.

COVENANTS COMMITTEE

This committee, headed by Patience Thomas, is the jury for anyone disputing a covenant violation and fine.  Meetings are held via email so no committee member is retaliated against and all correspondence related to each case is documented and retained in the case files. Members must be Unit Owners in good standing who are not related to board members.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH COMMITTEE

Ken Mason heads the committee who’s always watching…  to make Palm Lake Gardens safer.  All residents are encouraged to join!

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

Who doesn’t love a party?  Brie Lamb heads the committee with the most fun.  Membership is open to all residents, and not just the ladies.  Wouldn’t you guys like to see a bi-weekly game of cards?  Get your chips out and join the committee!

GET INVOLVED!

Palm Lake Gardens Committees do much of the work of the Association and there is something for everyone.  Committees are a great place to use your expertise to benefit the community or to learn new skills to benefit yourself!

For the most part, committee meetings are open to any resident to attend and membership on most committees is open to all residents.  If you are interested in joining a committee, attend a meeting or two to become familiar with things, then express your interest in joining to the committee chair.

Most committees meet at a regular time on a monthly basis at the committee chair’s home.  Check the calendar for date, time and location.
