Once approved, parking passes will be dropped off at your door. See below for required information. New, five-year resident homeowner parking permits are effective January 31, 2008. Permits are needed for each vehicle that will be parked outside of the garage. 1. Legibly completed application (s), typed or printed, all questions answered (each application is for 2 vehicles) 2. Copy of Drivers license showing Palm Lake Gardens address 3. Copy of vehicle insurance 4. Check made payable to Palm Lake Gardens Owners' Association 5. Renters must include copy of lease.

IMPORTANT: · All new parking permit stickers are to be affixed to the lower left side of the rear windshield by Friday, February 15, 2008. · Any vehicle not displaying a PLG permit, affixed in the proper location on Saturday, March 10th will be subject to towing at owner's expense. · The Parking Rules and Regulations have been updated and revised therefore we suggest that you review completely. · Your new sticker is valid and should be displayed as soon as received. · Deadline for application (s) is January 1, 2008. Applications received after February 15th will be subject to a $25.00 per vehicle surcharge. Incomplete applications or missing documents will result in a $25.00 administrative fee.
