General Information

Palm Lake Gardens is a deed-restricted community.  That means property owners are subject to certain restrictions regarding the use and maintenance of their property.  All purchasers agree to abide be these restrictions when they close on their home in Palm Lake Gardens.  The resident restrictions and the rules for the operation of the Association are largely contained in three main documents that govern the Association:
